Membership
  1. By registering as a user of SPring-8/SACLA at the User Information website, you will automatically become a member of the SPRUC.
    UI site
    Anyone who is interested in using SPring-8/SACLA is welcome to register and become a member of the SPRUC regardless of whether if they plan to carry out experiments at SPring-8/SACLA.
  2. There is no registration or membership fee. Please note, however, that members will be responsible for their own expenses incurred in the activities of the SPRUC.
Change of Contact Information
If you change jobs or if your email address or other contact information changes, please update your account details at UI site My Page (click gEdit My Detailsh link in the top right hand corner). Since communications will be transmitted primarily via email (most communications will be sent via email), please make sure that your email address is always complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
Expiration/Cancellation of Membership
Users who do not log in to the UI site My Page for three years (one year if you are a student) will lose their membership. Member login records will be checked as of April 1 each year. To reinstate your membership, log in to the UI site. For any inquiries about membership status, please contact the SPRUC Secretariat.
