ABSTRACT

  The accelerator diagnosis  beamline II (BL05SS) has a straight section of the storage ring, where insertion devices (IDs) for light sources can be installed. Synchrotron radiation from edges of two bending magnets adjacent to the straight section can also be utilized. Diagnostics of source electron beam and development of accelerator components such as photon absorbers are planned. Production of intensive 10 MeV γ-ray photons by backward Compton scattering of FIR laser photons is also planned.
