Specific Synchrotron Radiation Facilities Users Community (SpRUC)
Election Management Committee

In accordance with the SpRUC Articles and Bylaws, the election for the 2026-2027 Councilors and the by-election to fill a vacancy for the 2025-2026 Industrial Councilor will be conducted.

The election will be held online. Eligible members will receive an e-mail with the candidate list and voting instructions.

Voting period: November 25 (Tue) - December 16 (Tue), 2025, noon
Ballot counting: December 16 (Tue), 2025, from 4:00 p.m.

Members who are unable to vote online may download the PDF voting form (*) and submit it by e-mail or fax.
The PDF file is password-protected, and the password will be sent individually to members by e-mail.
