Overview of Research Group, Goals and Purposes:

This is an user group for scientists who interested in the educational use of the synchrotron light source. The reasons for the this group are follows.

1) SPring-8 is the fronts of wisdom of Japanese science where active scientific researchers gathering in a wide range such as a materials science, life sciences, and a nuclear science, industrial sciences and technology, and so on.
2) Researchers gather at SPring-8 site have the high potential for the cultivation of the next generation researchers.
3) It is widely recognized that the future development of the synchrotron radiation science bases on the present population of young researchers and students who have interests in the synchrotron radiation science.

So, we will share the common motivation and information relating to the educational use of the synchrotron facility as listed below.

A) How to promote young researchers and students to the synchrotron radiation science.
B) How to develop the educational program associated with the synchrotron facility.
