Title : ナノ・マイクロファブリケーションと新規機能性デバイスの創製

Abstract:
昨今、微細加工が応用される分野は半導体やマイクロデバイスだけでなく、光学やバイオ、医療機器、そして材料開発の分野にまで拡がっています。
その微細加工については半導体技術を応用したマイクロ・ナノファブリケーション（ＭＥＭＳ）、及び３Ｄプリンター、ナノインプリント等が駆使されている。
我々は現在、微細加工応用分野の新しい可能性を探すためにミリからナノサイズに至る、医療・ヘルスケア・低環境負荷・エネルギー用デバイスの研究を行っています。
そこで、本講演では、以下に開発した技術やデバイスについて紹介する。
カプセル内視鏡アクチュエータ、細胞ソーティングチップ、血液評価チップ、血球分離マイクロチップ、触圧センサ、炭素材料FLCMの電気二重層キャパシタ、マイクロ流体有機ＥＬ、ナノ構造制御による高機能ガラス、3次元エレクトロニクス実装技術、サブミクロン３Ｄ構造体
