ABSTRACT

  BL05XU is a beamline for small- and wide- angle X-ray scattering measurement using in-vacuum undulator as light source. The main target is analysis of static structure and dynamics of samples having a hierarchical structure such as polymer and biomaterials.

     Energy Range : ~7 ー 15keV

Experimental Stations

The sample-to-detector distance is changed by moving the detector in the range of ~10 cm to 4 m. In the sample space, a large switching stage with two motor XZ stages is installed. The load capacity of each XZ stage is 100 kg, and users can set the two different devices simultaneously and switch them.
