BL14B1 Conventional X－ray absorption fine structure spectroscopy

In addition to being able to perform XAFS measurement using dispersive optics, conventional XAFS measurement can be performed at BL14B1 in the monochromatic X-ray hatch. Fluorescence X-ray is observed by Ge 36-element solid state detector (SSD). Similar to the dispersive mode, some control systems such as gas flow controllers, switching valves, potentiostats, and injectors are available with setting in situ condition.
