Two New Contract Beamlines Approved for Installation: December 2007

In March 2007, five letters of intent to apply for contract beamline installation were accepted. Among the five proposers, the following two organizations have submitted the contract beamline installation plan so far. As a result of the recent review by the Contract Beamline Committee, both of their plans have been approved as of November 6, 2007.
- The University of Tokyo Materials Science Outstation Beamline
Proposing organization: The University of Tokyo (Hiroshi Komiyama)
- TOYOTA Beamline
Proposing organization: Toyota Central R&D Labs., Inc. (Norikatsu Ishikawa)
JASRI and the above organizations will soon enter into an agreement.
