Kappa-type multi-axis diffractometer

Characteristic：This kappa-type multi-axis diffractometer is designed for surface structure analyses. In addition to the standard 6 rotation axes, the entire system can be rotated about an axis in the horizontal plane. Simultaneous measurements of electrochemical characterization are possible by using for example a potentiostat.
