Infrared microspectroscopy station
Our infrared microscope at this station is capable of microanalysis of various specimens as small as 10 µm diameter with the infrared synchrotron radiation that is highly collimated and highly brighter than the conventional infrared light source.
- Wide wavenumber region (100 ∼ 20000 cm-1).
- Polarizers cover the entire wavenumber region.
- Spatial resolutions are 10 µm without an aperture, 5 µm with an aperture in the mid-infrared region. In the far-infrared region, the resolution reaches the diffraction limit.
- Transmission and reflection measurements.
- Long working distance (100 mm (± 50 mm)) between Schwarzschild mirrors ( × 8, NA = 0.5).
- In-situ measurement of ruby fluorescence for the DAC study.
- All optical paths are possible to be purged with the dry air.
- Sample stages and accessories
- X-Y-Z motor-controlled stage
