Following sponsorship programs have been prepared to enhance awareness of your brand before and during the workshop.
 

Sponsorship package
All values are quoted in Japanese Yen (JPY) and are inclusive of tax.

The following items are included in the sponsorship package.
(Basic)

1. Free registration: 1
2. Banner postings on website
3. Advertisements in the pdf abstract
4. A commercial movie up to 3.5 min. during conference break times
5. Brochure at onsite venue

(+ Option)

1. 5min. short presentation
2. Additional 1min. commercial movie
   *Up to 4 options can be selected.

(Poster Board)

1. Poster Board Size: W900 mm x H1800 mm
2. The poster will be displayed throughout the workshop.
