SPring-8 Research Frontiers
The SPring-8 Research Frontiers presents the research highlights of the year and has contributed to publicizing the research results obtained by using SPring-8, providing information for users, and expanding use of SPring-8. It is published in English and has a wide readership among researchers and research organizations outside Japan. Since the SPring-8 Annual Report, which had been published in English until 1999, was first published in Japanese in 2000, information about the facility status has been added to Research Frontiers.
The Research Frontiers is published annually and has a circulation of 2500. Last year 1100 copies were distributed outside Japan, 370 to universities, 120 to research organizations, 250 to companies, and 500 to on-site staff, etc.
The SPring-8 Research Frontiers presents the results of the most impressive experiments carried out at SPring-8 together with the current status of the X-ray source and beamlines.
