★: Available for complementary use with SACLA, J-PARC MLF or the K computer.
Only non-proprietary research is available.
Proposals spanning the first- and second-halves of the research term.
A term is further divided into two periods: the first half and the second half.
Industrial Applications only.
incl. proposals for the complementary use of SPring-8 and SACLA.
The research period of using BL41XU, BL38B1, BL32XU, and BL26B1/B2 for General Proposals (non-propietary research only) and Budding Researchers Support Proposals in the field of Life Science/Protein Crystal Analysis (L1 field) is set as one year, and the beamtime will be allocated four times a year as needed. These measures are not applied to the proposals other than L1 field and Priority Proposals.
All SPring-8 public beamlines excluding those which have already accecpted two or more in total of Long-Term Proposals and/or Partner User Proposals are available to users. For information on beamlines actually available for Long-Term Proposals, see guidelines to be opened for each research term.
